How to Return or Exchange
- Start Your Return Online
Visit outdoorsmerrell.com to initiate your return or exchange. Follow the prompts to generate a return label. - Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories. - Ship Your Return
Attach the provided label and drop off your package at the designated carrier location.
Return Policy Details
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
For exchanges, select the desired size or color during the return process. If your preferred item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
